Submitting a quote request through the website does not constitute a contractual commitment from either party. The final proposal and terms are confirmed after direct communication with you.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final design and code developed specifically for your project transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure the quality and stability of our services, but we do not guarantee the site will be free from interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (such as hosting or internet issues).
